All Souls Con passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Additionally, please note that tickets cannot be transferred forward to the following year.

The pass includes access to all the sessions and a virtual goodie bag.

Unfortunately, they are not. Weavers Productions, the nonprofit entity behind All Souls Con, is a 501(c)(7), therefore tickets (or portion of tickets) are NOT tax deductible. Only 501(c)(3) nonprofits are allowed to offer tax deductible benefits.

Registration Badge pick up hours are:

Friday 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 – 9:00 AM
Sunday 8:00 – 9:00 AM

Please make sure to bring your government issued photo ID with you.

Yes. To be able to pick up someone else’s badge for the convention, you need a permission slip from them along with a copy of their government issued Photo ID. The letter needs to read something to the effect of, “I FirstName LastName give my permission to YourFirstName YourLastName to pick up my badge.” The membership owner must sign the letter.

No, we do NOT mail out badges.

Throughout All Souls Con, there will be photographers and videographers documenting the day. Their photographs may be posted on Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, and our website during and after the event. By attending the expo, you agree to having your likeness captured. However, if you have extenuating circumstances and need photographs taken of you deleted or removed from any online location managed or controlled by All Souls Con, please email us with links to the photographs. Please be sure to include your full name, email, and/or phone number.

All Souls Con is catered toward fans aged 18 and up. We strongly advise that younger children not attend since this is a live event, and we cannot be responsible for language or comments used throughout the day.

Yes, absolutely. Please limit to one small-sized gift per guest. We recommend gifts smaller than a DVD.
